Selection Process

All the listings displayed on our site have to be chosen by a local jury. To be selected the business must originate from Vancouver, have a unique and original product or service that is recognized, or have all of the above with historical merit in addition. There may be a rare exception here and there.

If selected there are two types of listing you can choose from:

Free Listings:

We are excited to share free listings of unique and original Vancouver based businesses. If we missed your business and you think yours is something special in the eyes of Vancouver locals, submit an application and we’ll look into it. We regret we can only post listings that meet our juried selection process.

Upgraded Listings:

If your business listing has been selected for the Vancouveroriginals.com site your upgraded membership can get you access to membership benefits and highlighted visibility.
